Leave a commentThe Show-Me Hero Salute presentation of the AVTT Traveling Wall needs quite a few helpers to help visitors at the display site. If you can help, please sign up for a position by using the sign up forms below.
There is one form for each day and one for each night. Click on the buttons below to get to the form you want to see. You will see which positions are open and which are filled.
Note that, for your convenience, if you are signing up for multiple shifts, you only have to give your contact information once. However, you do have to go to each sign up form individually for the days you are signing up for. The buttons for the sign up forms are at the bottom of the page below.
These are the descriptions of the jobs:
Name locator to find name of soldier in book or computer database, write name and wall location on on wall rubbing sheet. Five needed per daytime shift. Two needed per night time shift.
Wall attendant to escort visitor to the wall, help with wall rubbing and monitor activity at the wall. Five needed per daytime shift. Two needed per night time shift.
Grounds monitor to check the display area for trash and keep an eye on things in general. Two needed per daytime shift. One needed per night time shift.
Lobby attendant to monitor auditorium lobby and help direct visitors. Two needed per daytime shift. One needed per night time shift.

For Thursday, June 13, daytime, 12:00 noon to 8:00 pm click on button below.
For Thursday night to Friday morning, June 13-14 click on button below. These are the overnight shifts from 8 pm on Thursday to 8 am on Friday morning.
For Friday, June 14, daytime, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm click on button below.
For Friday night to Saturday morning, June 14-15 click on button below. These are the overnight shifts from 8 pm on Friday to 8 am on Saturday morning.
For Saturday, June 15, daytime, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm click on button below.
For Saturday night to Sunday morning, June 15-16 click on button below. These are the overnight shifts from 8 pm on Saturday to 8 am on Sunday morning.
For Sunday, June 16, daytime, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm click on button below. There are only two daytime shifts since the display officially closes at 3:00 pm.
